Must have a Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Data Privacy and
shall be able to manage Data Privacy charter, perform DPIA from scratch, able
to create, review Privacy policies. Processes. SoPs, RoPA, etc.
Able to manage the sustenance of GRC standards such as ISO27001, BCMS
22301 standards, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.
Having Good knowledge to conduct vendor/third-party risk assessments,
Business Impact Assessments (BIA), etc.
Knowledge of Policy & Process related to ISMS.
Experience in internal audits like DB audit, Change Management audit etc.
Knowledge of implementation of Privacy tools like One Trust, Trust Arc etc.
Experience in reviewing and providing comments in MSAs and DPAs.
A self-starter and an independent contributor.
Minimum Tenure for the engagement: 6 months initially, extended up to a year
and more.
On-site at ADL Office with no exclusions, preferably within Gurgaon and other
nearby areas.
