Proven experience in leading development teams, including task
delegation, performance management, and fostering a collaborative
team environment.
Knowledge in React & NodeJS is a plus.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, coding
standards, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to
approach complex technical challenges strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate
