is crucial for ensuring a long-term and sustainable solution. The Verint
Implementation Specialist will collaborate with the wider team to
develop a thorough understanding of Verint products and
methodologies.
Serving as the primary point of contact for any technical or behavioural
challenges related to Verint WFO.
Training new users on Verint WFO and guiding them through their
outputs.
Ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures for setup,
implementation, operationalization, and business handover as needed.
Managing externally escalated Verint WFO-related issues.
Assisting in defining, documenting, and standardizing process times for
various procedures.
Upholding Verint WFO best practices, including management
behaviours, frameworks, and software utilization.
Conducting system setup and audits.
Supporting further rollouts.
