related D365 CRM variables.
Template Development: Use Document Core Pack software to design
and build letter templates for Members and Providers.
Customization & Mail Merge: Incorporate dynamic data placeholders,
formatting, and mail merge customizations to personalize templates.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure
letters are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Technologies
Microsoft Word Templates, MSCRM-addons Document Core Pack
(DCP), D365 CRM letter templates/variables
Experience
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in application software testing.
Strong skills in requirements gathering and business design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
