E-Commerce Customer Executive

Preferred Industry Background : Ecommerce Industry
Work Experience : 5+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Location : Egypt
Qualification : High school degree; further education in Customer Service or relevant field is a plus.
Annual Salary (CTC) : As per Industry

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills & Arabic Language is a must
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    High school degree; further education in Customer Service or relevant field is a plus.
