Qualification : Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably handling US clients.
Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
Experience in reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial
statement preparation.
Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial reporting and data
analysis.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the
team.
Excellent organizational and task management skills
Strong English communication skills are a must
